Douds Brothers did an amazing job on our paver patio, grill area, gas fire pit, and timber gazebo install. The entire process was a breath of fresh air. I’ve worked with contractors in the past who would blow you off, get defensive about questions, or act like they were doing you a favor by taking the job.... that was not the case with Mike and his team. The quoting process was quick and straightforward, and they hit their estimated start date within a couple weeks. The whole crew was respectful, professional, and easy to talk to. I’m a very detail-oriented homeowner and tend to keep a close eye on projects. That can probably be annoying for some contractors, but everyone at Douds answered my questions kindly, took my concerns seriously, and made sure my questions were answered. It really helped put me at ease during a big project that we have saved for. We’re thrilled with how everything turned out and will gladly have them back for future landscaping work. Mike and his team are total professionals and excellent at what they do.  They made a massive project more manageable and worked with us across a number of challenges and coordination with multiple other contractors.  They communicated well and addressed concerns or questions promptly.  The work they did is phenomenal and has completely transformed our outdoor space not only aesthetically but functionally. Mike Douds and his crew did a fantastic job with our project!  From the design phase through completion there was constant communication with Mike and his team on placement and functionality of what we were looking for.  The crew (with daily management by Jason) were always professional and had the "customer comes first" attitude. The crew that came to our house were extremely polite and friendly.  It was very nice to know some of them and be able to relate to those we didn't know directly.  They knew their jobs and got it done all the while respecting the questions we may have posed to them. I learned some things from them and appreciate that they took the time to explain things to me. Mike Douds and his crew were exceptional in implementing the plans we had designed for our backyard ( thank you Kimberly Leja Martinez @ Living Spaces), which included both hardscaping and landscaping. We are very pleased with the construction of stairs, redesign of an existing retaining wall, patio, gas firepit and grill area.Our desired plans and timelines were met with efficiency and consistent communication throughout the process. We just had some landscaping work done (5/14/24) Mike came to give us an estimate on fixing some work that another contractor did after repairing a septic system. The septic contractor left our yard an absolute disaster. Douds crew came in and fixed everything that was left unfinished. They finished our French drain, completely leveled the yard, took away clay, brought in fresh topsoil, and seeded. These guys worked fast, was Very thorough. I also want to point out the crew was very polite and respectful of the property. Companies like this are hard to find these days.
