How much does a typical project cost?
Every project is custom, so pricing varies based on scope, materials, and design complexity. We offer ballpark estimates during our on-site consultation. For example, a patio with a fire pit and seating wall might range from $25,000–$30,000 depending on materials and layout.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! We provide CAD-based design drawings for a $250 design fee, which includes site measurements, a custom layout, and a formal quote. This fee is credited toward your project if you move forward with construction.
Are your crews in-house or subcontracted?
All work is performed by our in-house team of skilled professionals — not subcontractors. An owner is on the job site for most projects to ensure quality and communication.
What areas do you offer landscaping construction services in?
We’re based in Mars, PA and serve surrounding communities including Cranberry Twp, Wexford, Gibsonia, Valencia, Seven Fields, Butler, and much of the North Hills and Greater Pittsburgh region.
What types of materials do you use?
We are an authorized Unilock contractor and frequently use Unilock, Techo-Bloc, and other top-tier materials. For natural stone projects, we often work with travertine, marble, and high-quality locally sourced stone.
Do you install lighting and landscaping too, or just hardscaping?
We do both! In addition to patios and outdoor features, we design and install custom landscaping and low-voltage lighting to complete your outdoor space.
Do you offer maintenance services?
We offer commercial grounds maintenance and snow removal. For residential clients, we currently focus on design and installation, but we’re happy to refer trusted partners for seasonal care if needed
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend planning ahead — especially for spring and summer projects. Booking early helps secure your place in our schedule and allows time for design and permitting (if needed).
Are you fully licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Pennsylvania. Our BuildZoom score ranks us in the top 25% of PA contractors.
