Our Proven Process

Tell us what you’re looking for — patios, landscaping, outdoor kitchens, or the whole package. We’ll answer questions, learn about your space, and guide you toward next steps.

We’ll schedule an on-site consultation to review your property, discuss ideas and goals, and offer a preliminary ballpark estimate for your project.

Once you’re ready to move forward, we collect a $250 design fee, take site measurements and photos, and get to work on your custom CAD landscape design for your to keep. This design fee will go towards the final cost.

Within 3 business days we’ll email we’ll emailyour 2D design drawings and a formal quote. After a couple of days to review, we will call to discusss, so you can ask questions and request adjustments if needed.

Love the plan? Let’s make it official. You’ll approve the design and submit your downpayment so we can reserve your spot on our construction calendar.

We begin coordinating materials, permitting (if needed), and logistics. Our team works behind the scenes to make sure everything is ready for a smooth construction phase.

Our crew arrives and gets to work — bringing your project to life with professionalism and attention to detail. You’ll receive updates throughout the build.

We’ll walk through the finished project with you, go over care and maintenance tips, and make sure every detail is just right. Final payment is due at this time.
